Our Lady Of Victory Catholic school embraces the very diverse community that we serve. Our families come from several different Catholic parishes, multiple counties in southern Metro Atlanta area, and several religious denominations. OLV’s ethnically diverse population represents a culturally rich environment that is our community. We strive to use that diversity to foster an educational setting that is faith based and integrated with a challenging academic foundation.
The graphic below highlights segments of our population and feeder parishes. With Catholic formation at its core, OLV has fulfilled Archbishop John Francis Donoghue’s dream for elementary Catholic education in the south Atlanta metro area.
“Coming to Our Lady of Victory was the best decision we made for our kids and us. The high level of education coupled with the Catholic teachings have made our kids well-rounded informed students and individuals. At Our Lady of Victory you're not a number but a member of a larger community that helps students succeed and live up to their potential while providing spiritual guidance. We are blessed to know a great group of leaders, staff, teachers and families that attend Our Lady of Victory.” Jose and Brenda Beleno - Parents, 8th and 5th Grade
“We firmly believe in Catholic education; the environment, academic standards, emphasis on service to the community, and reinforcement of our Faith. Our son graduated from Our Lady of Victory and our daughter is in middle school. The curriculum is well-developed and challenging, providing a high quality education that prepares students for the rigors of high school and beyond. The teachers are highly qualified and show genuine care for the students. We have been very happy with Our Lady of Victory, the teachers, and leadership.” — Lola and David Smith – Parents of Graduate
“The main reason we send our student to OLV is the Catholic education. Having religion as part of their daily school life I think helps build our children with better morals and values. The other benefit to OLV is the small class size, it allows the teachers to spend a little more time with each individual student and be able to focus more on the areas they are having trouble in. And finally how many schools are their that the principal greets each student every morning in car line and knows all his students names. This school is filled with people who genuinely care about our child and want nothing more than for them to succeed. This school community is something special, and I feel very blessed to be a part of it.”- Matt Brodowski - Parent of Graduate
“I chose to put my daughters in Our Lady of Victory because I wanted a better learning environment and a better academic level for them. My older daughter graduated from Our Lady of Victory. Academic learning goes hand in hand with the love of God.”- Sandra Pinal - Parent, 6th Grade and a Graduate
“We have selected Our Lady of Victory Catholic School for our children because we believe their education is the most important investment that we will ever make. We believe in the importance of a Catholic education and know the value of developing a well-rounded student. Our Lady of Victory provides an outstanding education, teaches the importance of community and volunteer involvement, and offers sports and extracurricular activities in a faith based environment. We have two sons who have graduated from Our Lady of Victory and know that the fundamentals that they received in their elementary education are the building blocks that have helped form the successful student athletes they are today”.- Robert and Catherine Malally - Parent, 8th Grade and three Graduates
